Windsor Locks Man Accused of Exposing Himself Inside Wal-Mart
The man has been convicted of similar offenses in the past, according to judicial records.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor Locks resident was charged late Monday with exposing himself to a female inside the Wal-Mart store on Route 5.
Around 11:50 p.m., officers responded to the store for a report of a male who exposed himself to a female inside the building, police said.
Kyle Cirillo, 26, was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace. He posted bond and is scheduled to appear in Enfield Superior Court Jan. 3.

Judicial records show Cirillo has six prior convictions on his record, including four counts of public indecency stemming from incidents in spring 2008. He was sentenced to six months suspended and two years' probation in that case.
