Windsor Locks Man Charged With Sex Assault: Police
East Windsor police took a man into custody who is facing felony sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor charges.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - A Windsor Locks man has been arrested on felony sexual assault charges, according to East Windsor police. Asbel Rivera, 44, was charged with six counts of first-degree sexual assault and six counts of risk of injury to a minor.
He was held on $190,000 bond.
Rivera was taken into custody Thursday morning after Windsor Locks police posted a wanted bulletin for him. He has two handguns registered to his name, according to police.
