Windsor Locks Man Faces Sexual Assault Charge
A local man is facing a charge that he raped a woman at her East Hartford home.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - A local man is accused of raping a woman at her East Hartford home in 2017, according to a report from the Journal Inquirer. Larry Percy, 34, was released on $200,000 bond and is facing a single charge of first-degree sexual assault.
The accuser said that she invited Percy to stay at her home one night in July 2017. She claims that Percy pinned her down and performed a series of sex acts despite her saying she didn't want to.
