Windsor Locks Obituary: G. Richard Boesch, 53

G. Richard Boesch, of Windsor Locks, passed from his earthly journey at the age of 53 on Monday June 26, 2017.

Born on Sept. 7, 1963 in Hartford to George A. Boesch of St. Petersburg, FL and the late Sally P. (Bruce) Boesch (2006). He was a 1982 graduate of Enrico Fermi High School in Enfield and resided in Windsor Locks for the past 18 years and in Enfield before that.

Richard was COO & President of Twin Manufacturing, South Windsor, from 1985 – 2000, and self-employed since then. He enjoyed collecting and meticulously caring for his vast crystal collections.

Richard is survived by his husband Clifford M. Prete, his four siblings; Timothy Boesch of Madeira Beach, FL, Mary Torres & husband Tony of Enfield, Kenneth Boesch & wife Karen of Willington, Kathleen Boesch his twin sister of Windsor Locks, along with his nieces and nephews; Joshua Spence of Windsor Locks, Jessica Dematos of Windsor, Ashley Ferrando of Simsbury, Stetan Champagne of Windsor Locks, and Alex Torres of Enfield.

Relatives and friends may gather with his family during calling hours on Sunday July 2, 2017 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, Enfield. Funeral service for Richard will take place on Monday July 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels with Pastor Barry Andrusik officiating. Burial will follow in the Enfield Street Cemetery, Enfield.
