Windsor Locks Obituary: John Malec, 53

John Ettore Malec, 53, son of the late Theodore and Margaret (Carniglia) Malec, entered eternal peace on Thursday January 4th 2018.

John was born March 16, 1964 and was a graduate of Windsor Locks High School and Springfield Technical Community College. John was highly skilled with electronics; he worked at Verizon for many years and also established his own business, Stateline Security. John loved motorcycles, dogs, and weekend trips in New England. He was especially fond of visiting the Ogunquit ME cliffwalk.

John is survived by his beloved daughter Grace Malec of Suffield, his sister Janis Malec and her husband John Morra of Wethersfield, his sister Kathleen Bouffard and her husband Jeffrey of Somers, and nephew Benjamin Bouffard and niece Alexandra Thomas.

There are no calling hours. Funeral services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
