Windsor Locks Obituary: Mary Jarvis, 90

Mary L. Campbell Jarvis, 90, widow of Arnold M. Jarvis (1982), passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 at Riverside Healthcare in East Hartford.

Born June 21, 1927 in Ashland, ME, Mary was a former resident of Tolland for 54 years before moving to Windsor Locks in 1997. She was formerly employed at Burrough Corp. for over 10 years. She was a lover of country music as well as a huge fan of John Wayne. Mary enjoyed the time spent with her family who will miss her deeply.

She leaves two daughters, Diane Martindale and her husband Allan of Ashford, Brenda Castelle and her husband Clark of Newington, a son, Jim Campbell and his wife Kathy of Ashford, 11 grandchildren, Todd Campbell, Candy Schafer, Tricia Oliver, Brian Campbell, Dave, Jeff, and Brent Aberle, Mary Pease, Lori Smith, Chris, and Michael Martindale. She also leaves 16 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her eldest son John Campbell.

Her family sincerely thanks the nurses and staff at Riverside, especially Maxine and Sandy, for the wonderful care they provided for Mary.
