John Jarvis, 31, of Waterbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

William Bouchard, 57, of New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

James Parker, 57, of Coram, NY, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
Shane Banning, 27, of East Windsor, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal, and driving while intoxicated.
Jemar Murrell, 27, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault.
Crystal Byrd, 28, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault.
Sharda Baker, 27, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault.
Natoya Baker, 34, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault.
Jose Borrero, 35, of Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Norman Weigert, 65, of Windsor Locks, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Gilberto Medina, 27, of East Windsor, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and failure to obey STC.
A juvenile male, 16, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Brian Massie, 34, homeless, was charged with sixth-degree shoplifting, first-degree criminal trespass, interfering/resisting arrest, and criminal impersonation. In a separate incident, Massie was charged with seven second-degree failure to appear charges.
Donovan Coombs, 20, of Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering/resisting arrest.
Michael Graham, 18, of Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering/resisting arrest.
