-- Esmeralda Fuentes, 37, of 253 High St., Hartford, was charged with credit card fraud and sixth-degree larceny.

-- Enrique Pizarro-Cruz, 21, of 39 Hebron St., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order.
-- Bryam Henriquez, 25, of 39 Walnut Circle, Windsor Locks, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

-- Jeffrey Fletcher, 57, of 22 Grove Street, Windsor Locks, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with cellphone/text.
-- John Perez, 26, 7 Codey Way, Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, risk of injury, possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- Mark Williams, 23, of 23 Druid St., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct (family violence), third-degree criminal mischief, and violation of a protective order.
-- Neresse Barrett, 20, of 11 Leatherleaf Circle, Springfield, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct (family violence).
-- Shaun Savage, 41, of 914 West Blvd., Hartford, was charged with second-degree strangulation (family violence), third-degree assault (pregnant person), and second-degree reckless endangerment.
-- Gregory Bolden, 26, of 22 Church St., was charged with risk of injury to a minor.
-- Brendan Kennan, 35, of no address, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and fugitive from justice.
-- Salar Masood, 21, of 24 Darien Drive, Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to obey officer signal, reckless driving, run from police, unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, and misuse of plates.
-- Joseph Mekey, 37, of 290 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with speeding greater than 60 mph in city limits.
-- Marc Nixon, 28, of 525 Allen St., New Britain, was charged with speeding greater than 60 mph in city limits.

-- Valerie Cerosimo, 31, of 180 Scott Dr., Manchester, was charged with speeding greater than 60 mph in city limits.

-- Colin Theobold, 31, of 53 Elm St., Windsor, was charged with first-degree robbery, four counts of third-degree robbery, and four counts of sixth-degree larceny.
