Windsor Locks Police Investigating Stabbing

The stabbing reportedly took place in the late afternoon hours Wednesday on Oak Street.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - Police are investigating a stabbing that took place late Wednesday afternoon on Oak Street.

Capt. Chet Degray said police headquarters received a call around 6 p.m. from St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, reporting a person was there, stating he was stabbed in the area of Oak Street near Main Street.

Police checked the area and confirmed the location of the stabbing. They learned several males were involved in the attack. Degray said.

The victim of the attack underwent surgery for his injuries and is in stable condition, the captain said.
