Windsor Locks Resident Named 'CFO of the Year'

Hartford, Conn. (September 11, 2015) – The Hartford Business Journal honored Chief Financial Officers in the Greater Hartford Region Thursday Sept. 10 at a luncheon ceremony at Marquee Events & Catering in Hartford. With a pool of nearly two dozen finalists, four financial professionals were named the publication’s ‘CFO of the Year’, divided into four major categories.

“Chief Financial Officers are a key component to the success of any organization,” said Joe Zwiebel, president and publisher of the Hartford Business Journal. “We are delighted to celebrate the business successes of these exemplary CFOs and thank them for their contributions to the Greater Hartford business community.”

In addition to celebrating the winners, the CFO of the Year event featured keynote speaker Josh Solomon, owner of the Hartford Yard Goats, who touched on minor league baseball, finance, philanthropy and fun.
