Windsor Locks Retailer Sells Big Lottery Winner To Local Player
A CT Lottery scratch ticket holder from Windsor Locks recently cashed in a big winning ticket purchased at a business on Route 75.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A local resident cashed in a 5-figure payday this week on a CT Lottery scratch ticket purchased at a Route 75 gas station and convenience store.
The player, who opted to remain anonymous, won the top prize of $20,000 on a 20X Cash 8th Edition ticket bought at the Pride station at 77 Ella Grasso Turnpike. The winnings were claimed Tuesday, according to the CT Lottery website.
The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
