TONIGHT: Windsor Locks SpringFest

The event was originally scheduled for May 2 before being postponed due to weather.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Windsor Locks’ Party in the Park SpringFest is set for Tuesday after the original May date was postponed because of weather, according to town postings.

The event is scheduled for 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, at Veterans Memorial Park on Southwest Avenue, according to an updated flyer posted by the Town of Windsor Locks.

The town’s original flyer listed the event for Saturday, May 2, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. A later town notice listed SpringFest as postponed, and a postponement flyer said the change was due to weather.

The updated flyer still lists food trucks as part of the event, but does not name the participating businesses.

It was not immediately clear whether the same food truck lineup would be available on the rescheduled date.
