WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Hartford resident recently cashed in big on a CT Lottery scratch ticket purchased at a Windsor Locks business.

Carl Long converted a $20 investment in a 20X Cash 5th Edition ticket into winnings of $20,000, which he claimed Monday. He bought the winner at the Turnpike Package Store on Route 75.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
