Windsor Locks Suspicious Death Ruled Homicide
The death of a man has been ruled a homicide, according to police.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - The death of a man found Tuesday night at a local apartment complex has been ruled a homicide, according to a police statement. The ruling was made by the medical examiner in the case.
The medical examiner victim has been identified as Michael Keene, 51, who was found dead at a 74 Main St. apartment complex after neighbors complained about a foul odor.

Keene suffered sharp force injuries to the neck torso, according to the police report.
A missing person's report for Keene was made Nov. 22. He had last been seen Nov. 11.
