Windsor Locks Teen Shot By Cops Released On Bond
A teen who was shot by New Britain Police in 2017 and accused of multiple crimes has been released from jail on bond.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - A Windsor Locks teen who was shot and wounded by New Britain police officers in 2017 was released from jail on $205,000 bond, the Journal-Inquirer reported. However, Caleb Tisdol, 16, is on lockdown, meaning that he cannot leave his family's home and has 24-hour-a-day electronic monitoring.
