WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - The Windsor Locks Community Advisory Council & Historical Society Invite you to attend Christmas at the Noden Reed Barn followed by the Annual Torchlight Parade & Tree Lighting Ceremony at Town Hall on Saturday, December 1, 2018
