MIDDLEBURY, CT — One person has been killed and another person seriously injured after two cars were involved in a head-on collision on Middlebury Avenue near Long Meadow Road, NBC CT reports. The accident occurred late Monday and the road reopened just before 6 a.m. this morning, NBC CT reports.
