Dance Studio Among 20 New Businesses Registered In Middlebury & Woodbury In August

WOODBURY, CT — Middlebury and Woodbury together recorded 20 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry — 11 in Middlebury and nine in Woodbury. Real estate and holding companies led the way with four filings, followed by management consultants and health practices.

Among the new arrivals were Young at Art of Middlebury, a dance studio, The Country Cottage of Woodbury, a gift shop and Riverpath Counseling of Woodbury, a social-services organization. All but two organized as limited liability companies; the exceptions were a professional LLC and one other entity.
