WOODBURY, CT — The Woodbury Public Library has a double bill Saturday: Kate Kelley, "The Photo Angel," in the morning and a reception for artist Randy Carboni in the afternoon. On Sunday, Flanders Nature Center leads a sunset walk to the beaver lodge.
This Weekend's Arts & Entertainment
- Kate Kelley: "The Photo Angel", Saturday, Nov. 7, 11 a.m. to noon. It's free; register through the library. Woodbury Public Library, 269 Main St. South, Woodbury
- Artist Reception: Randy Carboni, Saturday, Nov. 7, 2 to 4 p.m. Meet November's featured artist in the library gallery. Woodbury Public Library, 269 Main St. South, Woodbury
- Beaver Lodge Sunset Walk, Sunday, Nov. 8, 3 to 4:30 p.m. A guided walk reaches the beaver lodge at sunset, when beavers reinforce their lodge and gather materials for winter. Flanders Nature Center Trail House, 47 Church Hill Road, Woodbury
Reunite with history, meet a local artist and watch the beavers at dusk: Woodbury has a gentle weekend in store.
