MIDDLEBURY, CT — Rusty Barrel Pens and Apparel LLC, which lists its line of work as a gift and novelty retailer, was among 23 new businesses registered in Woodbury and Middlebury in October, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The company gave an address on Middlebury Road in Middlebury. Business types are chosen by the filers and were not independently verified.
