Annoula’s Diner Opens in Woodbury
Area restaurant owner Nick Papanicolaou and business and partner George Kotoulas have opened a new breakfast and lunch eatery on Main.
WOODBURY, CT — Located in the Middle Quarter at 740 Main St. is Woodbury's newest breakfast and lunch spot, Annoula’s Diner, in the space held by Philips Diner.
Area restaurant owner Nick Papanicolaou and business partner George Kotoulas opened the restaurant just over a week ago, and the two told the Waterbury Republican-American that they have outfitted the space with a brand new, stainless steel kitchen.
Previously, Papanicolaou owned Mad Greek Pizzeria in Southbury and Nick’s Country Kitchen in Bethlehem, and he and Kotoulas say they hope the town's residents and their former customers embrace the new spot.
