Area Police Coordinate Seat Belt Checkpoints This Week
Checkpoints will be held in Middlebury, Naugatuck and Watertown.
The Naugatuck, Middlebury, and Watertown police departments will be conducting a seat belt and child safety seat checkpoint as part of the statewide Click it or Ticket campaign this week.
Checkpoints will run from Wednesday June 1- Friday June 3, from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
The dates and locations of the checkpoints are as follows:
Wednesday, Middlebury -
Kelly Road and Memorial Road
Rt. 63 at I-84 Exit 17 off ramp
Glenwood Avenue and Route 64
Thursday, Watertown -
Colonial Avenue and Route 64
Friday, Naugatuck -
Meadow Street and Millville Avenue
