Arrest No. 2 Occurs In Sandy Hill Road Burglary

Police arrested the second person in connection with a burglary of a .

Middlebury Police arrested Nicole Judson, 23, of 100 Grove St., Apartment 5, Meriden, on an arrest warrant for alleged conspiracy to commit larceny in the first degree, according to a police report from Lt. Richard Wildman.

Judson's arrest is part on an ongoing burglary investigation. This is the second arrest in the case and more arrests are expected within the week.

Officer William Kalvaitis spotted a suspicious vehicle on December 5, which cracked the case wide open. Officer Ron Pruchnicki is the case officer and the arresting officer of Judson.

Judson is held on $10,000 bond at the and will be arraigned at Waterbury Superior Court on Friday, Dec. 23.
