WOODBURY, CT — Police are investigating what appears to have been the explosion of a homemade pipe bomb Saturday afternoon, April 15, on Upper Grassy Hill Road in Woodbury, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
Evidence has been collected from the scene, and Woodbury police are asking anyone with any information on the incident to contact the department at 203-263-3400.
