Bradley International welcomes new airline
Frontier Airlines to start service March, 28, 2019
The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) is pleased to announce the expansion of Bradley International Airport’s roster of airlines with the addition of low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines. The airline will debut its inaugural service with a nonstop route to Denver.
The service will commence on March 28, 2019, on an Airbus 320. From Denver International Airport, the flight will leave at 7:00 AM (MST) and arrive at Bradley International Airport at 12:50 PM (EST). The flight will depart Bradley International Airport at 1:40 PM (EST) and land at Denver International Airport at 4:07 PM (MST). It will operate Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. “We are proud to bring our unique brand of Low Fares Done Right to Hartford,” said Frontier Airlines Vice President of Network and Revenue Josh Flyr. “Frontier’s new service to Denver will make air travel more accessible and affordable for everyone in the greater Hartford area. We look forward to making it easier for people to fly, and for people to fly more often.”
“An indication of a strong route network is the continuous diversification of routes and airlines,” said CAA Executive Director Kevin A. Dillon, A.A.E. “With the addition of this new service, we’re pleased to introduce a renowned low-cost carrier to Bradley and to continue solidifying the airport’s strong reputation in the industry and its pivotal role as New England’s second-largest airport. We look forward to our partnership with Frontier Airlines.”
With the addition of Frontier Airlines’ new service, Bradley International Airport is ending 2018 on a high note and adding to a number of successes achieved earlier in the year:
