Child's Death Investigated in Torrington
A 15-month-old child died after reportedly being found unresponsive in a bath tub, police said.
TORRINGTON, CT — Police are investigating the death of a 15-month-old child in Torrington Tuesday.
Police were dispatched around 10:54 a.m. Tuesday after a woman reported her son unresponsive, according to the Register-Citizen. The initial report is the child was found unresponsive in a bath tub.
The child was taken to an area hospital where he died, police said.

The child was left in the care of another adult and the mother called 911 after learning of the incident, according to the Hartford Courant.
