Classic Little Dipper Ride Is Ready At Quassy
The classic 1952 Allan Herschell Little Dipper roller coaster is ready to roll again this Saturday.
From Quassy: The classic 1952 Allan Herschell Little Dipper roller coaster is ready to roll again this Saturday as Quassy Amusement Park in Middlebury, Conn., opens for its 111th season. The 3-car train was completely refurbished by our maintenance team during the off-season and the supports and track all painted as well.
The Little Dipper sign at the top of the incline will be back up soon as it has been painted and new LED lights added to it.
A stainless steel engraved sign (attached) details the history of the ride and will be posted at the attraction in the near future.
