Community Free Day: Ceramic Art and Bedlam Brothers String Band @ The MATT

Lots of March fun planned at the Mattatuck Museum on March 12

The Bedlam Brothers String Band will bring its mix of old-time string band, American roots, and Celtic music to the Mattatuck Museum on Sunday, March 12 at 1:00 p.m. This family-friendly concert features the Bedlam Brothers who play a variety of instruments and have been entertaining audiences collectively and individually for close to 40 years. The Bedlam Brothers are: Geoff Kooris, bass and lap steel guitar; Mike Kachuba, guitar; Dave McCann, fiddle and mandolin; and Jeff McHugh, banjo. For this specially ticketed performance Museum & BRASS members are free, and non-members are $10.

Sunday, March 12 is also Community Free Day at the Mattatuck from noon-5:00 p.m. View the changing exhibitions on display, and selections from the permanent collection.
