Concerned Woodbury Residents Sue Town, Neighbor Over Business

WOODBURY, CT — Three White Deer Rocks Road residents are suing the town and a neighbor who received approval to run a small part of commercial welding and vehicle rust-proofing business from their 244 White Deer Rocks Road house, the Republican-American residents.

The plaintiffs cited the use of chemicals as a main concern in their suit along with the possibility of declining property values. They also claim that the business use is not appropriate for a residential zone.
