Convicted CT Felon And Sex Offender Solicited Underage Girl: Police
The suspect reportedly was on the national sex offenders' registry for 10 years until 2015.

WATERBURY, CT — A 33-year-old convicted felon and former sex offender was arrested after he allegedly lured a 15-year-old Waterbury girl to meet him after he posed as a 19-year-old online, according to police.
Lesly Delus, whose last known address was in Meriden, was arrested this week on charges of risk of injury to a minor, employing a minor in an obscene performance and enticing a minor, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
Delus met the girl at Kennedy High School and is accused of kissing and groping her. He reportedly was on the national sex offenders' registry for 10 years until 2015. He is being held in lieu of a $500,000 and is scheduled to appear in court next month.
