CT Day Care Employee Breaks Arm of 3-Year-Old, Police Say

The woman was allegedly videotaped harming the child.

WATERBURY, CT — An employee of the Waterbury-based day care facility Kids Town has been arrested on assault and cruelty charges for allegedly dragging a three-year-old child and breaking their arm, reports NBC Connecticut News.

Arrested Monday was Adnelly Moipard, after police said she was allegedly seen on videotape dragging the child.

She has been charged with risk of injury to a child, intentional cruelty to a child and third-degree assault. The case is also under investigation by the state Office of Early Childhood.
