Deadline to Register for 2016 Presidential Primary Coming Up
The April 26 primary is open to registered Republicans and Democrats only. Woodbury's Registrars of Voters released a reminder to residents.

Time is growing short for voters to register and vote in the presidential Preference Primary to be held throughout Connecticut on April 26, 2016. The primary is open to registered Republicans and Democrats only.
New voters and unaffiliated voters in Woodbury wishing to register or change their party to Republican or Democrat have until April 21 to register online or by mail, according to a press release from Registrar of Voters Anne Cushman Schwaikert and Judith W. Henderson.
A resident may register or enroll until noon April 26 by appearing in person before the Registrars of Voters, or before the Town Clerk in the Boyd Building at 275 Main Street South during regular office hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
