Moms' & 2 - 4 year olds' musical movement & fitness, tailored for all to enjoy an exercise practice together, as moms strengthen and provide additional guidance to our growing ones. We tell stories with our bodies and sing to our original LITTLEseed™ Program songs. Bring a mat for mom and your child. They are welcome to bring their favorite baby doll/stuffed animal/robot (etc..) and stay fit right alongside one another.
