This form of exercise is thousands of years old from ancient china. Many forms are practiced all over the world.

Lynn Mayo instructs  Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Gung and energy gates at The Barn Club and in New York City.

Susan Bradley instructs yang style Tai Chi and Chi Gung at the Woodbury Senior Center and Woodbury Yoga Center.

Master Edward Ware is from New Zealand, presently living in Brazil. He recently  introduced the Wu style double edge Sword Form to the Tai Chi and Energy Gates practices taught here in Woodbury at The Barn Club.

We want to bring some clarity and excitement to the community around the practice of Tai Chi Chuan.
