July 4th Pet Parade and Turn-of-the-Century Fest

Bring you pet uptown for an old fashioned Pet Parade! Parade registration begins at 2:15 and all pets must be in cage or on leash. After the parade, take part in the Turn of the Century Fest including sack races, tug-of-war contests, seed spitting contests, and an ice cream social.
