Second Annual "What's It Worth?" Antiques Appraisal Benefit Event

Back by popular demand, Woodbury antiques appraiser Bernie McManus will appraise family treasures and keepsakes at the second annual "What's It Worth?" on Saturday, May 19 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Senior / Community Center in Woodbury.  Auctioneer Mitchell Borenstein, of Applebrook Auctions, will also appear at the event which will benefit the Ella Grasso scholarship fund, making a difference in the life of a Woodbury high school senior.  Admission of $20 entitles each guest to have one item appraised, with additional appraisals at $5 per item, as time permits.  A generous buffet of hor d'oeuvres, wine, beer and other beverages will be served throughout the evening.  A silent auction will be offered. Tickets available at the door or in advance. Event is sponsored by the Woodbury Democratic Town Committee.
