First Church Woodbury Christmas Fair, Dec 6

First Congregational Church, Woodbury, Christmas Fair; felting class, cookie walk, raffle, holiday goodies for for family, friends, and pet

“Bee” ready for Christmas

Needle felter Rachel Gerowe, of Redbarn Originals, will be demonstrating needle felting techniques throughout the day at the First Congregational Church of Woodbury’s Christmas Fair on Dec 6th. Ms. Gerowe, who has been teaching needle felting since 2009, will offer shoppers the opportunity to make a free felted bee ornament (or participants can choose to “bee” a good neighbor and make a small donation to the food bank).

In addition to the needle felting demonstration, the First Congregational Church will again be offering its very popular cookie walk and bake sale. Other items for sale include holiday greenery and handmade items for your indoor pets and backyard birds. There will be a “New to You” table and a gently-used jewelry sale. The fair will also feature a raffle. A hot cup of coffee or tea can be purchased along with some delicious Christmas goodies.
