Former Middlebury Fire Chief Loses Appeal Of Conviction: Report
The ruling was recently handed down.

MIDDLEBURY, CT — Former Middlebury Fire Chief Paul J. Perrotti lost an appeal recently of his conviction that he embezzled money from the town, the Republican-American reports.
Perrotti is supposed to serve three months in prison but more legal maneuvering is expected, the Rep-Am reports. As part of his sentencing, the former town official was ordered to pay $10,433 in restitution.
