
Anastasia Vithoulkas Persico of Middlebury, Ct. recently received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mortuary Science and Funeral Services from Lincoln College of New England in Southington, Ct. graduating at the top of her program with a Magna Cum Laude designation for her outstanding academic achievement. Anastasia was selected as the keynote speaker at the 2015 Allied Health Pinning Ceremony. Anastasia has been the recipient of multiple awards including Who’s Who, Dean’s List, Honor Society, Mortuary and Funeral service Program Awards and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Anastasia currently is an advisor to The Mortuary Science Club after serving as president from 2012-2014.
She is currently serving as the Secretary on the Middlebury Democratic Town Committee for three consecutive two year terms, also participating in many local organizations and charities. She holds many licenses’ and certificates including tax preparation, healthcare, and emergency medical services. Anastasia is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance at Post University in Waterbury, Ct. Anastasia is the daughter of Georgia & the late Dionisios Vithoulkas of Middlebury, Ct. She has three children Elena, Dionysios, and Olympia, and is currently employed as the office manager at Clermont and Associates in Prospect, Ct. While, she also free lances funeral services part-time.
