Horse Portrait winner Announced!
Congratulations to Shirley for winning a portrait of her horse, Duke, at the Bethlehem Public Library during Pet Art Show with ShawnaLee.

Congratulations to Shirley Mucherino for winning a custom portrait of her beloved Quarter horse gelding, Duke, from the friends of the library raffle during the opening reception of ShawnaLee's Pet Portrait Art show in May 2016. A demonstration of how to draw cats in Charcoal was offered during the reception.
Duke loved to toss his mane after every grooming session until just a small tuft of mane settled on his left side. This telltale detail of his personality is tenderly shown in his portrait.
The Pet Portrait Art show will be on view at the Brookfield Town Hall (Brookfield CT) during the month of July and August 2016 for those that missed it at the Bethlehem Library.
