Illegal Dog Importer Arrested: PD
He illegally imported four dogs and operated a pet shop without a license.
WOODBURY, CT — A Bethlehem man who illegally imported four dogs without health certificates was arrested, according to State Police.
Domenic Dinunzio, 57, was charged with four counts of importing dogs without a health certificate and one count of operating a pet shop without a license.
He was arrested on an active warrant July 19 after being seen by police at a Route 6 restaurant in Woodbury.
