Arrest No. 3 Made In Burglary on Sandy Hill Road Case
The burglary took place on Monday, Dec. 5.

At approximately 9:30 a.m. today - Wednesday, Dec. 28 - Officer Edward Demers served an arrest warrant to John Falk, 22, of 100 Grove St., Apartment 5, Meriden, on the following charges:
- Burglary in the third degree
- Larceny in the first degree
- Criminal mischief in the first degree
According to the 8:51 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, press release from the Middlebury Police Department, the arrest of Falk is the final arrest in the Monday, Dec. 5, case.

Falk was already in custody from an arrest related to a Woodbury burglary that occurred in October.

Middlebury police have wrapped up this case, however 14 pieces of jewelry seized did not come from the burglaries in Middlebury or Woodbury. Police will be reaching out to other police departments with what they have recovered and pictures of the items in the up coming weeks.
This case was investigated by Officer Ron Pruchnicki and the break in the case came from Officer Anthony Kalvaitis.
