Keeping Connected Through The Holidays

Join us at Brandywine Living of Litchfield for an Alzheimer’s Support
Group discussion ‘Keeping Connected Through The Holidays’ Thursday,
December 1st at 12:00 PM. This workshop is open to the community and
will focus on how to develop and maintain connections during the holiday
season. We will discuss strategies to engage in positive visits and
interactions; explore tactics to discuss holiday celebrations that best
suit the needs of the person diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s and
their caregiver; address safety concerns and provide options to minimize
over stimulation during the holiday season.

The workshop will be presented by Tina Hogan, Northwestern Regional
Coordinator / Longest Day Manager of the Alzheimer’s Association
