WHAT: The Residence Hall Association of Post University will sponsor a fundraising 5k run/walk to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer.

WHEN: Sunday, October 26, 2014 / RAIN OR SHINE

Day of race check-in and registration begins at 11:30 a.m.

Race begins at 12:30 p.m.

WHERE: Post University Main Campus, 800 Country Club Rd., Waterbury, CT 06708.

Race begins and ends in the campus’ North Parking Lot.

WHO: Open to the public. Awards for 1st place male, 1st place female, and 1st place youth (16 years old and under)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

$20 to participate. Registration fee includes t-shirt. To register: Download the registration form atwww.post.edu/5k, or; pick up a registration form in the Office of Residence Life, found in the Leever Student Center on campus, or; register morning of race on campus.

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer. They provide critical funding for cancer research worldwide to fuel advances in tumor biology, genetics, prevention, treatment, metastasis and survivorship. Since their founding in 1993 by Evelyn H. Lauder, BCRF has invested more than half a billion dollars in lifesaving research.
