Middlebury Boy Scout Pasta Dinner Coming Up

MIDDLEBURY, CT - BSA Troops 5 and 6, Middlebury, CT, are hosting their 14th Annual Pasta Dinner on Saturday October 26th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Shepardson Community Center, 1172 Whittemore Road, Middlebury, CT. Tickets will be available at the door and are $10 for adults, $6 for seniors, scouts, and children age 12 and under, with a limit of $28 per family.

The menu will include bread and butter, tossed salad, pasta with sauce and meatballs, dessert and drinks. A silent auction will also be held during the evening, concluding at 7:30 pm. Proceeds of this fundraiser will help to support troop activities and purchase necessary equipment.

The Boy Scouts of America’s purpose is to provide an educational program for young adults to build character, to train in the responsibilities of participating in citizenship, and to develop personal fitness. Troops 5 and 6 have an active role in providing these goals through weekly meetings, community service, camping, high adventure and many other activities.
