MIDDLEBURY, CT — Voters passed the municipal budget with <a href="http://www.rep-am.com/news/news-local/2017/05/03/budget-gets-an-easy-pass/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">65 percent approval Wednesday</a>. The budget comes with a $200,000 increase over the current year.The increase will result in a .48 mill increase up to 31.49 mills, according to the Republican-American.
