Middlebury Is Home to CT's First Cryotherapy Facility

Middlebury, CT - Grace Medical Aesthetics, a spa and new whole body cryotherapy facility in Middlebury, is the first in the state to offer such a program, which exposes clients to sub-zero temperatures to aid in their exercise or other physical recovery.

Connecticut Magazine writes that treatment consists of standing in the cryotherapy cylinder for 1 to 3 minutes, which can help reduce inflammation and chronic pain, and help relieve muscle fatigue.
