Middlebury Home Invasion Case Continued A Second Time
Two suspects allegedly entered a Middlebury home while two children were present and were later arrested for conspiracy to commit larceny, among other charges.
The court cases for alleged Middlebury home invasion suspects Jennifer Labbe and Michael McCurry were continued until Wednesday, Oct. 31, at Waterbury Superior Court.
McCurry addressed the judge briefly, saying he wanted to look at the police report on his arrest before the next court date.
