Middlebury Man Arrested After Allegedly Assaulting His Father
Police were called to the scene of a reported domestic dispute.
According to the Middlebury Police Department, Joshua Cyr, 24, of 1440 Straits Turnpike, was arrested for violating Connecticut General Statute 53a-181, breach of peace in the second degree.
At approximately 8:02 p.m. Saturday, June 30, Emily Cyr called the Middlebury Police Department and reported her brother allegedly attacking her father with wooden boards and a hammer.
