Middlebury Man Charged With Operating a Drug Factory

Police say Kenneth Berry, 27, of Leonard Road in Middlebury, was charged with operating a drug factory out of his house and was found in possession of more than 350 grams of marijuana, the Waterbury Republican-American reports.

Berry was held on $300,000 bond. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
